The HSCL is designed to lay & retrieve optic fibre cable at speed while providing a safe environment for the operator. The HSCL can be permanent or semi-permanently mounted to a dedicated vehicle.

	The All-Terrain High Speed Cable Layer will automatically adjust the cable for best conditions which will increase the expected gain & function of the Cable. The All-Terrain HSCL vehicle is capable of operating in most environments with flexible 8 wheel amphibious operation.
	The All-Terrain HSCL Series III vehicle is capable of laying and retrieving cable from front or rear, depending on the function at hand. The versatility of front laying or retrieving gives bird's-eye-view from the cabin.
Our on-board Monitoring System allows real-time image of cable laying operation. The rugged display construction & mountings gives excellent service under arduous conditions.
	Waterproof rear-mounted observation camera - the rugged housing reduces the most common causes of failure ... Water Logging & Dust Penetration. The flexible configurations can be made to optimise field work day or night.
